Hot Yoga
Many yoga practices can leave practitioners feeling physically unbalanced or mentally overstimulated, especially for beginners. People may also struggle with injuries or imbalances and seek a method to address these issues without focusing solely on performance. Additionally, stress and anxiety can be challenging to manage, and finding a way to release tension while improving overall health can be difficult.
Hot Yoga offers a therapeutic approach to balance both the body and mind, making it ideal for beginners or those recovering from injuries. With 28 asanas and two breathing exercises, this class is designed to restore your physical and mental state, focusing on alignment and technique rather than performance.
The practice mobilizes and strengthens every part of your body—from the muscles and joints to the internal organs—much like physical therapy. The combination of simple, therapeutic exercises and deep breathing exercises reduces stress and anxiety while promoting relaxation and stillness. The heat and humidity further enhance circulation, flushing out toxins and leaving you with more energy, vitality, and a sense of freedom.
As you progress through each class, you’ll feel your body relax and your mind quiet, with benefits deepening over time. With modifications available, this practice is accessible to all levels.
Hot Sculpt and Core
Many yoga classes focus solely on flexibility and balance, while athletes may seek a more strength-based practice to complement their training. Likewise, yoga practitioners looking to increase their strength and endurance often feel limited by traditional practices that don't incorporate weight training. This high-energy, total-body workout is designed to meet the needs of both yogis and athletes. By incorporating free weights, the class enhances the strength-building potential of traditional yoga postures. Through a blend of weight exercises and yoga, every major muscle group is sculpted while also boosting cardiovascular strength with strategically placed cardio options. To accommodate all levels, modifications are offered to ensure the practice can be as challenging or gentle as needed. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to seasoned athletes!
Hot Power Flow
Feeling stiff, sluggish, or stuck in your practice? Hot Power Flow is your solution. This high-energy, sweat-inducing class blends the fluidity of Vinyasa with the strength-building intensity of Power Yoga to help you break through plateaus, build strength, and increase flexibility. Set to energizing music, you’ll fire up your core, challenge your endurance, and stretch out tight muscles—all while moving with breath and focus. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class will push your limits in the best way. Expect to sweat, challenge yourself, and walk out feeling stronger, lighter, and completely refreshed!
