Casey Immel

Casey was born and raised in Orange County and has lived in Huntington Beach since 2004. He began practicing yoga in October of 2016 at the recommendation of a friend, who thought he would really like it. Turns out he fell in love with it and it has mentally, emotionally and physically help transform his life.

Through the practice of yoga, Casey has seen a reduction in stress, clarity within his mind and an overall calming sense within. He noticed that over time by keeping a consistent yoga practice the benefits of connecting the mind and body begin to reveal themselves.

Once this happened, he couldn’t get enough and decided to go through 2018 Hot Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Tribe to explore things further. Casey did not intend to teach upon entering the training, as he was looking to use it for personal growth within his life. It wasn’t until the end of Teacher Training that he decided he needed to share what he has received from the practice of yoga with others through teaching.

Casey completed the Hot Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2018. He is currently a 200-hour RYT certified through Yoga Alliance. Casey earned his degree from the University of Arizona in 2000 with a focus in Real Estate. He is currently the Director of Leasing at Cypress West Partners in Rancho Santa Margarita. He has a son named Carter. In addition to practicing yoga, Casey enjoys playing soccer and watching his son play sports.
