Jen Hiller

Jen’s journey into yoga began in 2013 after years of being an avid runner. Though she loved the physical challenge of running, she soon realized that it was taking a toll on her body.

 Looking for a way to balance her fitness routine and promote overall wellness, she decided to try yoga—and from the very first class, she was hooked. Yoga provided her with a sense of peace, flexibility, and strength that she hadn't experienced before.

 Jen completed both her 50-Hour Yoga Sculpt certification and 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2024. She loves to blend mindful movement and muscle engagement into her classes.

 Her classes are designed to encourage strength, self-awareness, and mindfulness. Whether she is guiding students through a flow or offering more sculpted sequences, her goal is to help each person find both challenge and ease in their practice.

 When she’s not teaching, she loves to spend time walking at the beach. Traveling with her family is another passion of hers. Yoga has been a life-changing practice for her, and she is passionate about helping others discover its many benefits.
